Potato Finger Fry Snacks Recipe

A simple variation to the regular potato fingers.

Potato Finger Fry

Potatoes – 250 gms (preferably light red skinned ones)
Fried Peanuts – 100 gms
Cashewnuts – 2 tblsp
Raisins – 2 tblsp
Almonds (Badam) – 10
Cardamom Powder – little
Sugar – 2 tblsp
Oil – 200 ml

1. Wash, clean and peel the potatoes.
2. Grate them into large matchstick pieces.
3. Keep aside for a few minutes.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
5. Fry the potato sticks till light golden.
6. Remove and drain excess oil.
7. Transfer to a large bowl and add all the other ingredients.
8. Toss well to mix evenly.
9. Serve as a snack.
