Molaga Podi Recipe

Ingredients –

white til(sesame seeds) – 1/4 cup
split black gram(urad dal) – 1/4 cup
bengal gram(chana dal) – 3/4 cup
yellow dal(toovar dal) – 1 cup
asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
dried red chillies – 10 – 15 OR kashmiri chillies – 15 – 20 OR accdly.

Method –
Roast the dals till they turn slightly brown. Remove from heat & let them cool.
Roast the remaining except salt & let them cool too.
Grind all these with salt & store in an air tight container.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
