Anarkali Salad


Anarkali Salad (Potato and Pomegranate Salad)

Potatoes – 1 cup, cubed, boiled
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup
Chaat Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Lemon – 1
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Salad Oil – 2 tsp (available in major supermarkets. If not available, use Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
Salt as per taste

1. Combine all the ingredients (except potatoes) in a large bowl.
2. Gently mix well.
3. Add the potatoes and mix again.
4. Serve at once.
