Singhare ke Pakore Recipe

* 1½ tsp Salt
* Oil for frying
* Mango powder
* ½ Cup Chestnut Flour
* 10-12 small squares of Pumpkin
* 2 Potatoes, cut into thin round slices


1. Mix the flour and salt. Then slowly add water to make a smooth paste.
2. Dip the slices of potatoes and pumpkin in this paste, one by one.
3. Heat Oil in a deep frying pan.
4. Deep fry the potatoe and pumpkin slices in the oil.
5. Sprinkle with some chaat masala or amchur powder and serve immdediately.
