Carrot Chutney Recipe

Carrots – 2, chopped
Onion – 1, chopped
Tamarind – little
Green Chillies – 4 to 5, chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Urad Dal – 1/4 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat little oil in a pan.
2. Saute the carrots, onion, green chillies, garlic and tamarind.
3. Add salt and a little water.
4. Remove and grind to a smooth paste.
5. Heat the remaining oil in the pan.
6. Fry the mustard seeds and urad dal for 30 seconds.
7. Pour into the chutney and serve.
