2 tsp oil
120 gm popping corn
Curry flavour
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp yoghurt
2 tbsp chopped herbs

To prepare curry flavouring, combine curry powder, garlic, turmeric, lemon juice and honey in a saucepan.
Simmer over a gentle flame for 1 minute.
Stir in yoghurt.
Set aside and keep warm.
In a large-heavy bottomed pan, heat oil. Add corn and cover.
Cook for 2-3 minutes till the corn pops.
Combine with curry flavouring and serve immediately.
