Mango – 1
Mint Leaves – handfu
Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Ice Cubes – 3 to 4
Black Salt as per taste

1. Peel the skin and remove the stone from the mango.
2. Boil the mangoes in a pan of water and grind to a smooth paste.
3. Strain well.
3. Add cumin powder, sugar, black salt and mint leaves.
4. Blend again.
5. Pour 2 to 3 cups of water and ice cubes.
6. Mix well.
7. Pour into glass tumblers.
8. Serve chilled.
