Raisin Cooler

Ingredients:
250 g – dry raisins
3 cups – water
cracked ice
a few drops – food colouring
a few drops – essence of rose or kewra
 
 Method:
Boil the raisins in water till they turn very soft, remove from fire
Mash to a paste and pass through a sieve.
Chill and serve after mixing the rest of the above ingredients.
