Capsicum Chutney Recipe

Onion – 2, finely chopped
Tomato – 5 to 6, finely chopped
Capsicum – 4, finely chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 bunch, chopped
Red Chilli – 2, broken
Tamarind – medium lemon sized ball
Oil – 3 to 4  tsp
Sesame Oil – 2 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the cumin seeds, red chillies, chopped tomatoes, onions and capsicum for 3 minutes.
3. Add salt and mix well.
4. Remove and grind together with tamarind and coriander leaves.
5. Add sesame oil and garnish with curry leaves.
6. Serve as a side dish.
