Mint and lemon make an unusual addition to gin, but do make sure it is green mint liqueur or it will not have the same visual impact.
INGREDIENT:
1 dash Angostura bitters
Juice of 1 lemon or lime
2 measures gin
Ice
2 dashes green
Crème de menthe
METHOD:
1. Shake the first three ingredients together well over ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Top with two dashes crème de menthe at the last minute.
