Ingredients
- Poha – 1 cup
- Tamarind paste – 1 & 1/2 tsp
- Jagger – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Rasam powder – 1 tsp
- Oil – 5 tsp
- Peanuts – 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Desiccated coconut – 2 tsp
Method
- Grind Coarsely poha
- Add tamarind , jaggery, salt and rasam powder using 1/2 cup water mix well keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil add mustard, peanuts, curry leaves fry for few min
- Add poha stirfry for fewminutes
- Add coconut mix well
