Godhumai Dosai

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Onion(big) – 1 no
(finely chopped)
Red chillies(Kollamulaku) – 2 nos
Curry leaves – As reqd
Baking soda – A pinch
Oil – As reqd
Mustard seeds – A pinch
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – A little
Salt – As reqd 

Preparation Method

1)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

2)Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

3)Add onion, chillies and curry leaves and saute onion, till it becomes transparent.

4)Mix wheat flour with water, until it gets a watery consistency.

5)Add a pinch of baking soda along with the sauteed onions and mix well.

6)Use this batter to make dosas.
