Black Gram dosai

Parboiled rice – 6 tumbler
Black gram(with black skin)
(Uzhunnu) – 2 tumbler
Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) – 1 tsp
Salt – As reqd

Preparation Method
1)Soak rice, black gram and fenugreek seeds together for 2 hrs.

2)Grind for 30 mins by adding sufficent water.

3)Add salt to taste.

4)Mix well and make the batter semi solid.

5)Keep this overnight for fermentation.

6)Pour one spoon full of batter on a greased frying pan(thick layer taste more).

7)Pour 1 tsp of oil on its edges.

8)When the base is golden brown, turn the side and cook well.
