Chinese Stir-Fried Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cabbage-cubed
1 carrot-sliced
1 cauliflower-cut into pieces
2 capsicums-cubed
2 tsp oil
2 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp garlic chilli paste
25 gm sesame seeds- roasted
1 egg-omelet cut into pieces
salt and pepper-to taste
20 gm ginger
20 gm garlic

Method:
Fry the vegetables on high heat for 5 minutes.
Add soya sauce and chilli paste.
Add the roasted sesame seeds and toss it around for a while.
Then add the strips of the egg and serve.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
