Caribbean Fizz Recipe

This sparkling elixir is pure island decadence. With a lush combination of molasses-rich dark rum, fruity banana, and pineapple, it’s surely the nectar of the Caribbean gods.

Ingredients:

  • Dark Rum – 1 ounce
  • Banana Puree – 1 ounce
  • Pineapple Juice – 1 ounce
  • Chilled Champagne – 3 ounces

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients, except champagne, vigorously with ice.
  2. Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  3. Slowly top with champagne.
  4. Serve.
