- Dark Rum – 1 ounce
- Banana Puree – 1 ounce
- Pineapple Juice – 1 ounce
- Chilled Champagne – 3 ounces
- Shake all ingredients, except champagne, vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
- Slowly top with champagne.
