Brave Bull Recipe

Spain’s historical associations with Mexico has left many legacies- not least a taste for bullfighting- although whether this cocktail is named in tribute to the animal or because it makes the drinker proverbially brave is anyone’s guess.

INGREDIENT:

4-6 cracked ice cubes

2 measures white tequila

1 measure Tia Maria

Spiral of lemon peel, to decorate

METHOD:

1. Put the cracked ice into a mixing glass. Pour the tequila and Tia Maria over the ice and stir well to mix.

2. Strain into a chilled goblet and decorate with the spiral of lemon peel.
