A simple and basic pasta salad with minimal dressings. Ideal for a quick bite.
Pasta – 200 gms (Spiral or Penne)
Mayonnaise – 100 gms
Celery – 2 tsp
Parsley – little
Olive Oil – 3 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – handful
Salt as per taste
1. Heat a pan of salted water over medium flame.
2. Add the past and cook until al-dente.
3. Drain well and transfer to a mixing bowl.
4. Add the mayonnaise, celery, parsley, olive oil and salt.
5. Toss well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve at once.
