    I agree with this post. With watermelon which is very accessible to our market here, I always have it in the morning or break time as it keeps me hydrated. I feel so good with watermelon as it has several benefits especially all those you mentioned above.

    Thats lot of information about watermelon…why not eat this fruit everyday if its gonna make me look good…and also am gonna try that dry fruit chutney with watermelon n guava..
