Well, far from being a funny statement, this is actually true. Studies and knowledge seekers have proved this. They have also proven that regular coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of contracting certain diseases.

Coffee is the biggest source of Antioxidants:
Yes, you heard me right! Coffee is a great source of this miracle group of chemical compounds. For those of you who have heard about antioxidants, now’s the time to cheer. Apparently, studies have also indicated that despite the high content of antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables, the body seems to absorb the most only from Coffee.
For those of you who aren’t aware of the latest miracle chemical compound, here’s my brief and simple explanation : Antioxidants are those naturally found group of Chemical compounds that protect our body from the damage cause by “free radicals”, which are a by-product of the body’s natural processes. Antioxidants improve our immune system, slow down the ageing process, help lower the risks of certain diseases like Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Diabetes, etc.
What I’m referring to here is the stress caused due to lack of sleep or sleep deprivation.
Studies and people’s experience have indicated that just the aroma of freshly brewed coffee can reduce the amount of stress and perk you up. Go to any South Indian Brahmin family and you will find that almost everyone wakes up to the aroma of this quintessential brew, the “Filter Kaapi”.

We all know that drinking alcohol leads to liver problems, especially a condition known as “Liver Cirrhosis”. Studies conducted over 20 years and included around 100,000 people, indicated that those who drank around 3-4 cups of coffee had a lesser chance of damaging their liver or dying of Liver Cirrhosis.
Caffeine can help you burn fat:
