Ragi and Milk Roti Recipe

Ragi Roti
Ingredients:
Ragi Flour – 1 cup
Milk – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1, finely chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
Coriander Leaves – little
Curry Leaves – little
Green Chillies – 3 to 4
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Dry roast the ragi flour for 30 to 60 seconds and remove.
2. Allow it to cool.
3. Add salt, cumin seeds, ginger, onions, 2 green chillies and milk.
4. Mix well to a thick dough.
5. Keep aside for 10 to 20 minutes.
6. Make small balls of the dough and roll them into small chapatis.
7. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
8. Cook the rotis on both sides and remove.
9. Serve.
