Sweet Corn Kernels – 2 cups
Ginger – a small piece, peeled
Cumin Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 4
Onion – 1, chopped
Mint Leaves – few
Oil as required
Salt as per taste
1. Mix the sweer corn kernels, ginger, cumin seeds, salt and red chillies.
2. Grind coarsely and remove.
3. Add chopped onions and mint leaves.
4. Make small-medium vadais and deep fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
