Kadalai Paruppu Ladoo (Besan Laddu) Recipe

Besan Laddu
Ingredients:
Kadalai Paruppu – 2 cups
Sugar – 1 1/2 cups, powdered
Ghee – 1/3 cup
Cashewnuts – 1 1/2 tblsp, powdered
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sukku Podi – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Dry roast the dal and grind to a powder.
2. Add the powdered sugar to the dal flour and mix well.
3. Add cardamom powder and sukku podi.
4. Fry the cashewnuts in little ghee and add to the mixture.
5. Add the ghee and mix well.
6. Make small balls and keep aside.
7. Store in an airtight container.
