Pumpkin Juice
Ingredients:
Pumpkin – 1/4 cup, chopped
Sweet Potato – 1/4 cup, chopped
Carrot – 1/2
Avocado – 2 to 3 tblsp, pitted, peeled, chopped
Skimmed Milk – 1/4 cup

Method:
1. Add the carrots, sweet potatoes and pumpkin to a juicer one at a time.
2. Combine the three juices with milk and mix well.
3. Keep it in the fridge, if desired, for 30 minutes.
4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
