Nei Appam
Bread Slices – 2, crumbled
Rice Flour – 4 tsp
Wheat Flour – 4 tsp
Rava – 2 tsp
Banana – 1, chopped
Jaggery – 50 gms, powdered
Cardamom Powder – little
Ghee – 4 tsp
Coconut Milk as required

1. Mix together the rice flour, wheat flour, rava, bread crumbs, cardamom powder, banana and jaggery.
2. Add coconut milk and grind to a dosa batter consistency.
3. Pour them into greased appam maker.
4. Cook till done.
5. Serve.
