Pudina Chutney Recipe

Ingredients:
Pudina Leaves - 1 cup or 1 bunch
Raw Mango - 1/2 Cleaned, Peeled, Chopped
Sesame Seeds - 100 grams
Green Chillies/Red Chillies - 5-6
Oil - 2-4 Table Spoons
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Table Spoon
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Table Spoon
Chana dal - 1-2 Table Spoons
Asafoetida - a pinch

Method:
1. Take a pan. Put Oil in it. let the oil get heated.
2. Add Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Asafoetida, green chillies and Chana dal. let chana dal is roasted a little bit.
3. Add Mango and fry for a minute. Then add pudina leaves. fry to 2-5 minutes and turn off stove.
4. Let the mixture cool and grind them.

Thanks, my wife does not know how to use pudina.Last 3 times the pudina i bought had to be thrown away.
