Ingredients:
1 small or ½ large pineapple
2 tbsp raisins or handful of grapes
2 tbsp sugar and equal amount of jaggery or to taste
salt to taste
¼ coconut, grated
1 roasted red chilli
1 small flake of tamarind
1 big pinch of mustard seeds

Method:
Grind the masala ingredients (except mustard seeds) to a paste. Then add the mustard seeds and grind again until well crushed. Add ¼ cup boiled water to the masala and add this mixture to the other ingredients. Stir well and serve.
