Ingredients:
1 cup shredded tuna
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 cup cilantro leaves; chopped
3/4 cup mayo
1 chopped green chili (optional)
1 tbls salt
Pinch of black pepper
1 tbls granulated garlic
    

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill for 5 minutes in the freezer and serve with tortilla chips or wheat bread
