Ingredients :
Paneer or Cottage cheese - 200 gms
Cooked green peas - 1 cup
Garlic - 4 flakes
Chopped cashewnuts - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1" piece
Onion - 1 big (chopped)
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Green chilles - 4 or 6 chopped
Bay leaf - 2
Whipped curd - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch
Whipped cream - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Grind together :
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 4
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cardamoms - 5
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
Method :
1. Cut paneer into cubes and deep fry.
2. Soak cashewnuts in boiling water for 1 hour.
3. Heat ghee and fry onions till brown, add gingergarlic paste, bay leaf, ground masala and fry well.
4. Add green chilles, coconut extract, curds, cashewnuts, paneer, peas, salt and coriander leaves.
5. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add whipped cream and bring to boil.
6. Serve hot along with chappathis.
