Ingredients :
corn - 6 cobs
Onion - 2
Coconut milk - from 1/2 coconut
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Grind together :
Garlic - 6 flakes
poppy seeds - 2 tbsp
Dhainia - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 5
Cinnamon - 1 " piece
Cloves - 3
Method :
1. Boil whole corn in pressure cooker, allow to cool and remove the seeds.
2. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions, then add ground paste.
3. Fry well in a low flame.
4. Add corn and then pour coconut extract, with salt and boil for a few minutes.
5. Remove from fire and serve hot with parathas.

Instead of cob we can use american corn which r readily available.By adding coconut milk it will turn sweet.
