  • 225 g Shrimps (peeled, deveined)
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic (finely sliced)
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp + 1/4 cup)
  • 1/8 cup White Wine
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/8 cup Black Olives (pitted, roughly chopped)
  • 1/8 cup Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/8 cup Dill Leaves (chopped)
  • 1/8 cup Spring Onions (chopped)
  • Zest and Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • 2 slices Bread Slices (toasted, rubbed with a garlic clove)
