Chocolate Chip Brownies Recipe

Chocolate Chip Brownies
Ingredients:
Eggs – 2, large
Cocoa Powder – 2 1/2 tblsp
Maida – 1/4 cup
Plain Chocolate Chips – 1/4 cup
Butter – 125 gms, soft
Caster Sugar – 175 gms

Method:
1. Add all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
2. Transfer the mixture to a greased tin and spread gently.
3. Place the tin in a preheated oven at 180C for 35 to 45 minutes or until a crusty top is formed.
4. Remove and keep the cake tin aside to cool.
5. Cut into squares or rectangles.
6. Store in an airtight container.
