Wheat Flour – 200 gms
White Radish – 1, peeled, grated
Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ghee – 100 ml
1. Add 2 tsp ghee and salt to flour.
2. Add the grated radish and pepper powder.
3. Add enough water and knead to a soft, pliable dough.
4. Make small balls of the dough.
5. Roll them into medium rounds.
6. Heat a tawa over moderate flame.
7. Add a little ghee and fry on both sides till done.
8. Remove and serve.
