Raspberry Coulis Recipe

Raspberry Coulis
Ingredients:
Raspberries – 175 gms, frozen, thawed
Sugar – 2 tblsp
Balsamic Vinegar – 1/2 tblsp

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor.
2. Blend until smooth and strain well.
3. Discard any seeds.
4. Cover and chill the coulis until required.
