Maida – 2 cups
Rice Flour – 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Pudina – 1/2 cup, pureed
Green Edible Food Colour – little
Green Chillies Paste – 2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tblsp
Oil for frying
1. Combine all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Using a sev press or a perforated ladle press the dough into the hot oil.
4. Fry till light golden brown.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Store in an airtight container and serve as a snack.
