Black Russian Recipe

History records only white and red Russians. The omission of the black Russian is a sad oversight. For a coffee liqueur, you can use either Tia Maria or Kahlua, depending on your personal taste – the latter is sweeter.

INGREDIENT:

2 measure vodka

1 measure coffee liqueur

4-6 cracked ice cubes

METHOD:

1. Pour the vodka and liqueur over the cracked ice cubes in a small chilled highball glass.

2. Stir to mix.
