Ingredients:
Fish Roe - 125 gms, washed, membranes removed, chopped finely
Coconut - 1/4 cup, grated
Green Chillies - 2, chopped
Small Onions - 4 to 5, chopped
Ginger - 1 two inch piece, chopped
Curry Leaves - few
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 3/4 tblsp
Method:
1. Mix the roe with 1/8 cup of water and beat well.
2. Add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Add the roe mixture and cook over low flame for 5 to 8 minutes.
5. Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
