Ingredients :
Rawa - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 cups
Ghee - 6 tbsp
Saffron - Few strands
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Slices of Almond and Pista
Method :
1. Saute the rawa with ghee on a low flame till it turns light brown.
2. Add hot milk to the rawa
3. Keep stirring on a low flame
4. Add sugar and continue stirring
5. Add saffron paste, cardamom powder, and mix well
6. When ghee starts separating, put off the flame
7. Pour in a greased thali, spread evenly
8. Sprinkle slices of almond and pista
9. When seera cools, cut into pieces
