Ingredients:
Mutton - 500 gms, cut into pieces
Onion - 1, sliced
Cashewnut Paste - 1 tsp
Tomato - 1, chopped
Coconut Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt as per taste
Oil - 1 to 2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves - few
Water - 1 cup

Grind into a paste:

Coconut - 1/2 cup, grated
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp, mixed with a little water to form a paste
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Paprika - 1 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Bay Leaf - 1/2
Cloves - 2 to 3

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pressure pan.
2. Add the onions and saute well.
3. Add the ground masala paste and sprinkle a little water.
4. Fry well until the spices are well roasted.
5. Add the mutton pieces and mix well.
6. Add the chopped tomatoes and cashewnut paste.
7. Add salt and water.
8. Cook until the mutton pieces are cooked.
9. Add the coconut milk and simmer for a few minutes.
10. Remove and transfer to a serving dish.
11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
12. Serve with rice or naan.
