Lady's Finger Fry Recipe

Ingredients :
Lady's finger - 1/2 kg
Gingerly oil- 2 -3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Method :
1. Wash, wipe dry and cut lady's finger into 1/4" circles.
2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and when done, Add lady's finger pieces, turmeric powder, chilly powder and salt. Mix all of it and stir fry on a low heat, covering the kadai with a lid in between frying.
3. When pieces have softened remove the cover, raise the heatand fry crisp adding some more oil if necessary.

Good! But if you add dry coconut powder/ or curry powder to it.. it will become more crispy. Try it out. It tastes different also.

I like this recipe a lot , i love lady's finger as vegetable. you have got nice recipes here . good work ..
