Ingredients:
Oat Bran - 1 1/2 cups
Egg - 1, beaten
Maple Syrup - 1 tblsp
Soya Milk - 2 cups
Oil - 1 tblsp
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cornmeal - 3/4 cup
Sunflower Seeds - 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Mix the egg, maple syrup, soya milk and oil in a medium bowl.
2. In another bowl, mix the baking powder, salt, oat bran, cornmeal and sunflower seeds.
3. Mix both together until a soup like consistency is achieved.
4. Pour this into a greased baking dish.
5. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180C/350F.
6. Remove and serve with chopped bananas.
This is a healthy breakfast dish thats rich in nutrients and fibre.
