Ingredients:
Eggless Mayonnaise - 4 tblsp
Sweet Pickle Relish - 2 tblsp
White Vinegar - 2 tblsp
Mustard Paste - 2 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Dill Leaves - 1/2 tsp
Parsley - 2 tblsp
Tofu - 900 gms, firm, sliced, drained
Onion - 2 tblsp, minced
Celery - 4 tblsp, minced
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Method:
1. Mix the eggless mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, mustard, sugar, turmeric powder, dill leaves and parsley.
2. Mix well and keep aside.
3. Break the tofu in a bowl with a fork.
4. Add the minced onion and celery.
5. Add the mayonnaise mixture along with salt and pepper.
6. Keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
7. Remove and serve with toast and tomato slices.
