Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 2 to 3
Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Onion – 1/2, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 1, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 1 tblsp, chopped
Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1/8 tsp
Sugar as per taste
Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 tblsp

Method:
1. Pierce the tomatoes with a fork/knife and roast it till the skin turns black and charred.
2. Keep aside to cool and peel the skin off.
3. Chop the tomatoes and coarsely blend in a mixer.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Add the onions and green chillies.
6. Cook till onions turn soft.
7. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for a minute or two.
8. Remove and use as required.
