Ingredients:
Raw Papaya - 1, small, skinned and grated
Coriander - 1 tsp, finely chopped
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Green Chillies - 4, slit
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat oin in a pan and add the asafoetida and cumin seeds.
2. Fry for 30 seconds and add the slit green chillies.
3. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
4. Remove and keep aside to cool.
5. Best served with chaat items.
