Ingredients:
Lauki (Bottle Gourd) – 2 cups, cut into pieces
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry Mango Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fennel Powder – 1 tsp
Besan – 2 tblsp, roasted
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the cumin seeds for a minute.
3. Add the bottle gourd pieces, salt and turmeric powder.
4. Mix well and cook covered on low heat till done.
5. Remove the lid and add all the other ingredients.
6. Cook for few more minutes and remove from heat.
7. Serve hot as a side dish.
