Soya Sticks with Sun-Dried Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
Soya Sticks – 600 gms, stick removed, cut into 2 to 3 pieces each
Onion – 2, chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Tomato Puree – 4 tbslp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 4 tblsp
Jeera Powder – 2 tsp
Oil – 4 tblsp
Sun-dried Tomatoes – 6 tblsp
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the onions till translucent.
3. Add the ginger garlic paste.
4. Add the soya pieces and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Add salt and mix well.
6. Add the remaining ingredients, except garam masala powder.
7. Stir gently.
8. Add 1 to 2 cups of water and reduce heat.
9. Cover with a lid and cook till the soya pieces are tender.
10. Sprinkle the garam masala powder and stir.
11. Add the tomatoes and mix well.
12. Serve with rotis as a side dish.
