Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 gms, cubed
Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup, grated
Feta Cheese - 2 tblsp
Oil - 2 tblsp
Green Peas - 200 gms
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tblsp
Jeera Powder - 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Tomato Puree - 2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the paneer cubes till light golden brown and keep aside.
3. In the same pan, stir-fry the peas for 60 seconds.
4. Reduce heat.
5. Add the turmeric, coriander, jeera and red chilli powders.
6. Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Add 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil.
8. Cover with a lid and cook for a minute.
9. Add the paneer pieces and feta cheese.
10. Mix gently.
11. Remove and transfer to a serving dish.
12. Garnish with grated cheese.
13. Serve as a side dish with rotis.
