Ingredients:
Parsley – 3 cups, finely chopped
Onion – 1 1/2 cups, finely chopped
Dried Mint Leaves – 2 tblsp, crushed
Eggs – 6, beaten
Flour – 1 tblsp
Garlic Cloves – 3, crushed
Salt – 2 tsp
Black Pepper – 1 1/2 tsp
Oil

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl.
2. Beat with a fork until well blended.
4. Heat 1 tblsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
3. Pour the egg mixture and spread to a circular shape.
4. Cook on both sides till golden.
5. Transfer to a serving dish.
6. Serve at once.
