Ingredients:
Parsley - 3 cups, finely chopped
Onion - 1 1/2 cups, finely chopped
Dried Mint Leaves - 2 tblsp, crushed
Eggs - 6, beaten
Flour - 1 tblsp
Garlic Cloves - 3, crushed
Salt - 2 tsp
Black Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
Oil
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, in a large bowl.
2. Beat with a fork until well blended.
4. Heat 1 tblsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
3. Pour the egg mixture and spread to a circular shape.
4. Cook on both sides till golden.
5. Transfer to a serving dish.
6. Serve at once.
