Eggs on Toast with Yoghurt Recipe

Butter – 40 gms
Eggs – 6
Toast – 6, large
Yogurt – 300 ml
Salt – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Melted Butter – 25 gms
Paprika – 1 tsp

1. Melt the butter in a large pan.
2. Break the eggs into the pan and cook until firm.
3. Arrange the toasts on a large plate.
4. Place 1 egg on top of each toast.
5. Beat the yogurt with salt, pepper and cumin.
6. Spoon this over the eggs.
7. Mix the melted butter and paprika together.
8. Dribble it over the eggs.
9. Serve at once.
