Ingredients:
Red Chillies - 2 tblsp
Olive Oil - 150 ml
Dry Breadcrumbs - 1 to 2 tblsp
Pomegranate Juice - 1 tblsp
Walnuts - 175 gms, ground
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Allspice Powder - 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Parsley - to garnish, chopped
Method:
1. Moisten the chilli pepper with 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl.
2. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until well blended.
3. Spoon into a small bowl.
4. Garnish with a little chopped parsley.
5. Chill until ready to serve.
