Ingredients:
Cauliflower Florets - 5 to 6, chopped into small pieces, boiled, drained
Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
Onion - 1, chopped
Green Chillies - 2, chopped
Capsicum - 1, seeded, chopped
Salt as per taste
Skim Milk - 1/2 cup
Hung Curd - 2 tblsp
Cheese - 2 tblsp, grated
Bread Slices - 8, toasted
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the onions, green chillies and capsicum for 5 minutes until onion is tender.
3. Add the salt, cooked cauliflower and milk.
4. Stir for 5 minutes over medium heat until it has a creamy consistency.
5. Remove pan from the heat.
6. Add the curd and grated cheese.
7. Mix well.
8. Spread this cauliflower mixture on 4 slices of bread.
9. Cover with the remaining slices.
10. Serve with ketchup.
